Now let's see what our other friends have to share about social media!!
Blog 1- Gopa Bagchi(Teacher)
According to me social media is like a curse, though its original intentions was to connect people. Now it is causing psycological stress, taking human connections away, causing pressure on the person who can't afford rich and expensive things, causing competitions and even increasing peer pressure. I think that social media is unnessecary as even though its good in many ways, the human touch is missing. It is also unable to keep our privacy intact.
Blog 2- Rajesh Kumar Panda(IT Profesional)
I feel that social media is a blessing. It can be used to spread information quickly and provide more jobs in other professions. It provides a platform to pass messages or information to one or many other people instantly. It is very fast and convenient. Though it has many good effects it should be more controlled and governed in terms of privacy.

Blog 3- Mohan Magmain(Libranian)
I think that it all depends on how social media sites are used.It is a curse when used in a wrong way or overused and a blessing when used correctly or for positive purposes.Social media is a good way of connecting people because it has given people a common platform to share their views and thoughts.I don't think that my lifestyle would have been any different if there was no social media because we still were in touch with my friends and relatives by writing letters and meeting them.
Blog 4-Smit Sarate(Grade 6)
I personally don't think that social media is really necessary in a student's life. We can interact effectively at school and gatherings and do not need electronics to connect with one another.I feel that this is just an excuse to get mobiles.I prefer playing games on net rather than chatting , as atleast our brain improve in multi-tasking during playing various games.
Blog 5-Maithili Rajput(Grade 7)
I think that a coin has two sides. This is the case with Social media. On one hand its widely used and useful to connect with one another but on the other hand its very harmful. Its addiction causes cyber bulling and the mobile's glare can damage eyesight. It is only good in a small amount.
Blog 6-Aarya Nimbalkar(Grade 8)
I feel social media is a very effective way to keep a check on the news of the world. We can see whether everything is fine or have some problems occured .It also reduces formality as we don't have to go around phoning people but just sends texts expressing our views.I feel that if privacy is done in a better way, social media is a boon.
Blog 7- Harsh Shah(Grade 9)
I feel that social media is very good and useful. It can be used to warn people about people worldwide and improve our contacts. If students use it well its great for improving connectivity and also people may find many inspirational personalities and improve in their lives.I feel that if you are on social media don't turn a blind eye on academics.
Blog 8-Atharva Kadam(Grade 10)
I think that social media is very entertaining , engaging and has many features. It has an immense source of information and ideas.Because of people posting their experiences, others get warned and aware of their surroundings. It is also improves vocabulary and has many videos spreading information for different good causes, but privacy is still an issue on social media.
